
Program Management
As a fundamental part of leading large IT transformational efforts across large organizations I employ strong Program Management skills. As mentioned in the Cross-Functional Leader page, I lead across many organizations within a company to get programs implemented successfully. This includes leading multiple projects simultaneously as a program so they culminate into a final deliverable that adds value and meets, or exceeds expectations.
Because of the depth of my experience I often have the foresight and experience to see where there may be problems in the future. This allows proactive as opposed to reactive issue resolution. Key to the success of a program is managing communications and relationships at all levels, which I excel at.
These skills are employed in the IT vendor community as well. It is imperative that the vendors are included as a part of the overall program to assure successful outcomes.
