Cross-Functional Leadership

Since 2001 I have been the leader of large IT sourcing engagements as a consultant. This includes leading efforts such as developing sourcing strategies, benchmarking, RFX processes, transitions to service providers and the development of Vendor Governance processes and organizations.

To be effective I have to work across many areas of a client's organization. This includes working across all of the IT operational and technical areas as well as HR, legal, finance, communications and the IT vendor marketplace to produce successful results.

This breadth of experience from cross-functional operating is complimented by working at all levels from the bullpens to the C-Suites. 

Creative problem solving, tenacity and clear communications are fundamental to successfully delivering value.
